Who we are
Kyron Stables works with Thoroughbred rescue groups throughout the Mid-Atlantic region to identify ex-racehorses that do not have a second career option. The lack of adoptability of these horses usually stems from injuries that leave them unrideable. Kyron Stables takes these horses in and serves as a home that would otherwise not be available.
The horses of Kyron Stables are offered high quality care and donate blood monthly to create life saving medicines. These medicines are use to prevent and treat injuries to allow the next generation of racehorses to recover from previously untreatable injuries. Therefore, we have the slogan “horses saving horses” as our horses will save the lives and careers of the horses that come after them.
